The Fool Plays Everybody

Oh what a silly archetype I've been
The feckless jester
With restless jest sworn
to decry the tears of a clown
All for the cheers of a crown,
to always wear the mask of the comedy of tragedies past
Probably it had to be passed
In this motley fashion
with threads of magic
Needle piercing hearts withing this harlequin disguise
Garroting rotten archfiends that stalk in my present
with rotten heartstrings of lingual presence
Harp strings the essence of boy in the boy system
Joke of all trades in rectangular prism
I find release from angular momentum
The webspinner dangler victim

Don't pity the fool
The jackass kicking his hooves in his face
All for amusement
Fast lick wounds in disgrace
to humor humans.

The preparing being of hilarity
Pairing things is a rarity
for you, but the mummified ribbons,
the views of the numbest eye's vision
Oh fools, that never stomach my wisdom
is true that we're all just tools in the rain

To keep out the expected expectoration of those “above”
Adjust the fold in the hat on my brain
So the pain gets in and starts my mind to wondering how to spear hope
Adjust ears from aural to Aurum
Nose from olfactory to gold factory
Midas well tip my hat, jest to make time laugh
Unscript my lines just to make time fly with hands unattached.
Joker of hearts, harlequin cardigan
Luck of the draw, draw artistry card again
Loki mostly, laugh at this joke please
Loosely cruising new breed of bruised dreams

Bow to my majestic scepter
The feckless jester
Wise enough to play the fool
You say everybody plays the fool
I say the fool plays everybody
